This Higgins Drawing Ink is a waterproof drawing ink perfect for drawing extra-fine lines and washes. This ink is non-fading and dries to an opaque, semi-gloss finish. Dilute to produce a full scale of grays. Ideal for use with technical pens, airbrush, calligraphy  dip pens and brushes. Dry time: 12-15mins. Contains one 1 fl. oz bottle with dropper of black india ink . Non-toxic and conforms to ASTM D4236. Made in USA.
